Generations of Exceptional Craftsmanship
It was always awesome to work with DRIVEN because they have integrity, which is rare in this industry, and when a problem did happen it was never about if it was going to be resolved but how is the best way to fix the problem. So, thank you and God Bless. - Bob
Relationship with DRIVEN, 20 years - In the industry, 30 years
DRIVEN has always been willing to help and teach me things about the trade. I remember when I was laying exotic hardwood on a floor that was very uneven and full of major dips and valleys. I called DRIVEN and they helped walk me through different ways and solutions I could do to lay this floor and still produce a good end product that will last. DRIVEN has the heart to want to teach others and help them to succeed in the work they are doing; it is really encouraging to have someone there who is willing to share knowledge and help you to grow. - Skyler

I still consider myself young but been at this a long time. What comes to mind is from an early point in my career from working with DRIVEN is communication and cooperation is always at the forefront of successful projects. We all have our own roles and sometimes they overlap but communicating and cooperating throughout the project tends to shed light on any surprises we may want to avoid. Remodeling especially is loaded with these surprises, communicating and understanding we sometimes have to step outside our roles to get the job done correctly and ultimately satisfy the customer is an important aspect of our job in the trades.
Communicate - all on site need to understand the goals and the challenges.
Cooperate - lots going on inside of a job site. In our world success is measured by customer satisfaction, working together to overcome, and finishing the job to achieve success.
Many years I have spent discussing best options with DRIVEN to complete jobs all while we recognized that our customers are the ones that allow us to be successful. We want loyal repeat customers and their leads. I think most of this falls under good "customer service" really but through all my years, it had always been at the front of our discussion through making the right decisions on behalf of the customer. - Steve
Relationship with DRIVEN, 20+ years - In the industry, 25+ years
I first met and worked with DRIVEN in the late 90’s. I was working my way through high school and college breaks for local contractors that know and worked with DRIVEN. I work on many projects from kitchen remodels to full scale remodeling, encompassing many of the trades. My primary skill in the trades early on on was mainly framing and finish carpentry. Using the skills I had learned from carpentry, I was able to shift my focus on concrete/carpentry which is where I distinctly remember DRIVEN encouraging me in those focused areas. To be honest I think the first time I poured a footer and set wall panels was with DRIVEN. To this day this is a huge focus of our work. I was able to see the need for builders to make one call for a foundation package. We now perform excavation, footers, walls, waterproof, drainage, gravel, and backfill as a package service. I can’t say enough about DRIVEN’s integrity in and out of the workplace. One thing I know is that DRIVEN will never take shortcuts. Do it right the first time. That has served me well to remember that principal all of these years later. - Matt
